Fresh spring fruits menu

Spring begins. Favorable season of sowing and growing. Plants grows upward to first shoots. Some of them we´ll use to prepare fresh salads. Specialty of the month is “Roasted trout with shoots salad”. A combination of germs from garlic, beetroot and lenses, olive oil, lime juice and sea salt perfectly complements classic taste of roasted trout. Just taste it!
