Furthermore mushrooming, there is more favourite Czech "sport", it´s wild berries collection - mainly blueberries. Nowhere in the world, are blueberries more popular in kitchen than in Bohemia. These black forest pearls are delicious absolutely fresh and also well cooked. Jams, cakes, sauces, but mainly yeast blueberry dumplings are typical summer delicacy.
